Off-Season rugby workout schedule

Off-season workouts for the 2022 Spring Rugby Season have started! We have strength programs adapted for both age groups (HS and MS) that focus on safety and building foundational strength. Athletes must bring their own water bottle and face coverings are encouraged, but not required.

Off-Season Workout Schedule

  • When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Where: Medina High School Weight Room
  • Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
  • Who: Open to all HS and MS Rugby Players. New Players are welcome and encouraged to attend.
