All HS rugby players that are not in a winter sport; we will begin to hold indoor practices starting Tuesday, January 4th at Medina High School for the 2022 HS Rugby Season. The practice schedule is subject to change as we will be sharing the facility with in-season winter sports and other spring sports currently practicing. Indoor practices will be a combination of conditioning & skill work that will take place in the weight room or the gymnasium.

Through 1/27/2022: HS Practice will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Medina High School. Check the Google Calendar link below for any changes/updates.
Practice Sessions
Our practice sessions will be a combination of conditioning and skill work, progressing into advanced aspects of rugby such as; rucking, lineouts, phase play and defensive structure. Athletes should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to practice starting with running/tennis shoes and a personal water bottle.
Practice Guidelines
We will follow any guidelines from the Medina City School District, the Medina Athletic Department and the Ohio Board of Health in regards to COVID safety protocols. We will do our best to keep all our athletes up to date on training so they can get their own work in if needed.
